Before the final finished products are shipped, Bokang Titanium Materials will carry out strict testing on the products:

First, take samples to do the test of H content of finished products and microstructure, low times, performance and hardness test;

Secondly, 100% of the products are inspected by online laser diameter measurement and eddy current flaw detection;

Third, 100% ultrasonic inspection of the product to ensure that the product has no internal and shallow surface defects;

Fourth, 100% of the product surface, size manual re-inspection and roughness test;

Fifth, spray code marking for shipment.

The sole purpose of the whole inspection process is to ensure that the finished product has "zero" defects.
